He specializes in Machine Learning-based Digital Signal Processing approaches to optimize the efficiency of the Physical Layer in Digital Data Communications, Software Defined Radio, Software Defined Networks, quantum ML algorithms, and AI-driven models for autonomous mobile robotics. With over five years of industrial experience as a Data Scientist, he has contributed to the R&D of AI, DS, and ML/DL tools and services, including MLOps and cloud deployment. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed research papers and actively engages in public and professional service contributing to academic conferences. He currently holds the position of Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technology at Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University. He is also an active member of IEEE and ACM, a certified Python programmer, and a Cisco-accredited instructor. M.
